Lindsey began working at The Millard Group in 2021. Growing up in a Law Enforcement household, she decided to begin her career in the Criminal Justice field. Her experience working in law firms, correctional facilities, and probation offices has allowed her to truly understand the uniqueness of each individual she comes in contact with and help them maximize their potential. Her favorite part about recruiting is getting to hear everyone’s backgrounds and what they have experienced to make them successful today.
Lindsey has a dedicated, charismatic mindset; always working to find the best possible solution for individuals and doing everything she can to help others succeed.
