Nancy was recruited to The Millard Group in 2011. A self-professed “gadget junkie and technology enthusiast ,” Nancy has been a consistent top performer within her sole niche—the technology industry. She stumbled across recruiting just after graduating college, developed a true passion for the business and has never looked back.
Nancy is a favorite with clients and candidates, who consistently praise her expertise, high integrity, likable personality and the results she delivers.
Recruiting is a fast-paced industry, which is perfect for Nancy—being busy is part of her DNA. A typical day starts with boot camp at 5:15 a.m., followed by a full day of work and ending with some kind of volunteer activity that allows her pursue her love of giving back to her community.
