Emily joined The Millard Group in December 2021. Being an athlete her entire life, she decided to start her professional career as a teacher, coach and athletic director. Later, she moved on to work operations for a collegiate volleyball program. Executive recruiting was not a part of her initial career plan, but she jumped in headfirst!
Emily’s array of previous experience has directly applied to her career as a Search Consultant. She views recruiting as an opportunity to coach and guide her candidates throughout the job search and interview process. She is always willing to go the extra mile, and her empathic nature allows her to connect with both clients and candidates while creating meaningful, lifelong relationships.
