Sarah began working at The Millard Group as a Search Associate in 2014. Previously she worked as an analyst for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and managed a chain of luxury jewelry stores. She has also served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
Through her research and sales background Sarah brings a wealth of techniques for searching for exceptional candidates as well as an understanding of the qualities that will “wow”’ a client.
Sarah predominately focuses on growing companies in the marketing technology and MDM spaces.
