Laurie also has served as a senior executive for several multi-billion-dollar corporations in talent management, organizational development, human resources and operations. She has designed and aligned leadership development processes to meet the strategic needs of global businesses, and has worked across the sectors of healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and non-profits. Her clients have included BorgWarner, RSM, Dycom, Federal Signal and Zurich Insurance.

She holds certifications in a wide variety of leadership assessments, including Hogan, Franklin Covey, Personnel Decisions International, Discovery Learning, Saville-Holdsworth Limited, Center for Creative Leadership, Denison and Human Synergistics.

Laurie earned a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University, and a bachelor’s degree in social work and psychology from Southern Illinois University.
