Vice President Jan Carlson contributes to project design and management and the deployment of teams for NuBrick Partners, utilizing her expertise to customize each experience for optimal client engagement and success.
With more than 25 years of serving on executive recruitment and consulting teams, Jan brings excellent operational effectiveness to NuBrick. She is committed to the success of our client companies and creates strong partnerships with leaders at all levels of their organizations.
Jan also helps conduct due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, and manages internal processes for each engagement. She is involved in every phase of client management, and leads quality initiatives and training opportunities at both NuBrick and Furst Group, a healthcare-focused executive search firm.
