With 11 years of experience in sales and supply chain, as well as 12 years of experience leading people and change initiatives, Michelle provides insights and experience valuable to CEOs and senior leaders of small, private companies, publicly traded global organizations, and professional associations. She holds a B.A. in Media Communications from Webster University and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology, specializing in humanistic psychology.
Michelle teaches as Adjunct faculty at the School of The Art Institute Chicago and Adler University’s Industrial and Organizational Psychology graduate program. She serves on the Executive Board for the Society for Consulting Psychology, Division 13 of the American Psychology Association (APA), and is on the APA Committee on Women in Psychology with memberships in International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
Michelle is certified in Hogan Assessments, and is a Crucial Conversations Trainer. She has advanced training in Action Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, Thomas Kilman Conflict Inventory (TKI), TKI Advanced Assessment for Teams, DiSC, MMPI, and multiple clinical cognitive measures.
