Hedi Fazai

Hedi joins BrainWorks as Managing Director – Technology with 20 plus years of Sales and Business Development experience, 16 of those being in the Recruiting industry (Corporate, Boutique and Large firms). Over the last 8 years, Hedi has primarily focused on Technology Recruitment.

Hedi has a strong passion for helping others and connecting people. This passion has led to a career in Recruiting. Simply put, this is what he was meant to do! As a result, he has found that both candidates & clients appreciate his extensive knowledge of the industry.

Throughout his career, Hedi has consistently achieved President’s Club/CEO Club status and received awards as one of the top producers nationwide to acknowledge his acumen and success as an executive recruiter. He has a proven track record in growing revenues, team training/development and establishing and directing business strategies.

What gets him excited? Family- being a father and husband is paramount, and he enjoys sports mainly MMA and Basketball. He is also passionate about his saltwater fish tank.

Hedi currently lives in Orange County, a stone’s throw away from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm.
