Kayle Bernal joins BrainWorks as a Global Managing Director for the Cybersecurity and Financial Technology divisions with 8 years of recruiting experience. Kayle views herself as a client and candidate advisor, developing a reputation for creating mutually beneficial partnerships through her ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and take on numerous projects. She creates unique processes for startups and enterprise clients including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, change management, program development, benefits, and retention.

Kayle recently moved to Dallas from Southern California with her two long haired dachshunds. She enjoys live music, wake surfing, and traveling. She previously tied for 2^nd in the world in Equestrian securing both a Women’s NCAA scholarship and a Master’s in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
