Experience
Before joining Lindauer, Faith was Vice President of Operations at Columbus Advisors Group, LLC, where she developed organizational infrastructure and protocol, and Vice President of Development at Easter Seals Massachusetts, where she led major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, annual fund, and special events, raising millions annually to support people with disabilities.
Faith serves on the boards of the African American Development Officer’s Network (AADO), Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC), and Women in Development (WID). Her deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging informs all of her searches.
