Danny DeCiryan brings 40 years of experience in recruiting and public service. Most recently since 2010 Danny was a Senior Recruiter for Siemens Global Expert Team where he assisted the Orlando based Energy business in moving from an outsourced staffing model to be a recruiter centric (full life cycle).
Working in a lead role through piloting new work flows, processes and techniques he worked to innovate and optimize internal and external hiring across a range of groups and disciplines; including core business areas like… IT, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Sales and Marketing. He also developed, mentored and taught sourcing, networking and search techniques. Danny was recognized as a IT recruiting expert by the global Siemens World publication during an Interview in March 2012. From 2006 to 2010 Danny was with the Siemens IT Solutions Consulting practice as an Executive Recruiter.
Previously from 2003 to 2006 Danny was the Managing Recruiter for his consultancy NATERE.US which leveraged recruitment & sourcing activities for Critical Skills, High Potential / Top Talent and Diversity candidates. He did projects for Siemens Building Technologies and Information Communication Networks working in advanced technologies like: Security, Mobile Networks (Fixed and Wireless),VOIP, IPTV and other emerging technologies.
He also worked with a group of global trading partners performing profiling, sourcing, screening for Systems Engineers, Executive level Sales and PLM. Clients included: Ciena, JDSU, Acterna. Danny also worked with Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, Peat Marwick) groups for Tax, Audit and MAS candidates.
