Recruit Co., Ltd. Acquires Advantage Resourcing America

January 5, 2012 – Recruit Co., Ltd. has acquired U.S.-based Advantage Resourcing America, Inc. from affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Netherlands-based Advantage Resourcing Europe B.V. Total transaction value was approximately $410 million. Recruit Co., Ltd. is a provider of products and solutions related to human resources, education & learning, housing, bridal & baby, daily living, travel and other areas.
