PwC US to Acquire HumanR

October 25, 2013 – PwC US has announced its intent to acquire substantially all the assets of HumanR, a Herndon, VA-based consulting firm specializing in organizational development consulting. Terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed. HumanR will become a part of PwC’s human resource services (HRS) practice, within its Saratoga workforce analytics team. PwC’s focus on workforce analytics is aligned with HumanR’s mission to help organizations create a more productive work environment for employees. “With talent management of critical interest to companies today, the effective use of workforce analytics is essential to helping organizations attract, retain and develop talent,” stated Nik Shah, a leader of PwC’s Saratoga practice. “HumanR’s strong brand and excellent client relationships with HR executives at companies of all sizes and across industries make it a perfect match for PwC’s comparable workforce analytics capabilities.”
