ProLaurum Acquires Comella Consulting Group

October 30, 2009 – Buenos Aires-based executive search firm Prolaurum has acquired Miami-headquartered Comella Consulting Group (CCG). Founded in 2002 in Miami, Comella Consulting offers executive search services for companies operating in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. “The acquisition of CCG is part of a strategy to position Prolaurum as the leading emerging global executive search firm,” said Michael Boxberger, chairman of Prolaurum.
