PRAXI Alliance Adds New Member Firm in Turkey

April 10, 2019 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.

Global executive search consortium PRAXI Alliance Worldwide Executive Search recently added Duman Management Consultancy in Turkey as its newest member firm. The PRAXI Alliance global network now spans four continents, with more than 30 countries and 70 offices worldwide.

Established by Yigit Duman in 2014, the firm is headquartered in Istanbul and has a strong focus on organizational development and leadership consulting.

The Duman team includes 10 consultants with generalist backgrounds and particular strengths in the industrial, consumer goods, logistics and facilities sectors to serve large international organizations as well as small to mid-sized Turkish firms.

“Duman helps us build out our capabilities not only in recruiting top talent but in developing and engaging them as well,” said Fabio Sola, network director at PRAXI. “Being able to provide this level of full-service support around the world is becoming increasingly important.”

Turkey has the world’s 17th largest gross domestic product and is among the founding members of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. The country has a sizeable automotive industry, which produced over 1.3 million motor vehicles in 2015, ranking as the 14th largest producer in the world.
