January 22, 2016 – Plymouth Search Partners – Signium has named Mark S. Fogel as managing director in its New York City office. He will add a suite of human resources consulting, coaching and assessment services to his search practice which is focused on manufacturing, financial services, retail, and education sectors.
Mr. Fogel formerly served as chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Success Academy Charter Schools. He is the recipient of multiple human resources leadership and innovation awards nationally, including the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) human capital leader of the year award and HR Executive Magazine Honor roll designation.
Prior to joining Plymouth, he was senior HR officer at Leviton Manufacturing Co. (a North American leader in electrical device manufacturing), the Marcum Group. His previous experience also includes working in human resources and operations for the Limited Inc. and Macy’s.
