Pinstripe Names Healthcare Practice Leader

January 23, 2011 – Pinstripe, Inc., a human resources and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company, has added Michael Soisson as healthcare practice leader. In this role, he will leverage his chief executive experience in provider-side healthcare to help drive and promote innovative talent acquisition approaches for meeting the workforce demands being shaped by healthcare reform. Most recently, Mr. Soisson served as the CEO of Good Shepherd Penn Partners, a joint venture between the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. “We anticipate that the talent needed to provide cost effective quality care, for future accountable care organizations and other venues will have to be more flexible, highly skilled and technology oriented.
