Peoplefluent Appoints President and CEO

September 24, 2013 – Peoplefluent, a social human capital management technology company, has named Jeff Carr as its president and chief executive officer. Mr. Carr, who has held strategic executive positions among the highest ranks at Saba, Taleo, and PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2005), brings extensive and deeply relevant expertise in the HCM industry and more than 25 years of experience in the global enterprise software marketplace.
