People Gallery Opens Doors

May 17, 2015 – Former owner and managing director of Publicis Life Brands Resolute, Paul Blackburn, has launched a new executive search firm: People Gallery. The talent solutions provider was created to focus on filling senior-level positions for the marketing services industry across PR, advertising, medical education and digital with a particular focus on health.

“I have started People Gallery because industry leaders have told me they need recruiters working on their behalf who have worked at a senior-level in agencies and in-house, who know exactly the type of person needed for each role, and who have the contacts to find them," said Mr. Blackburn. “It's insight that has to have been earned and can't be learned from outside the agency world.”

Mr. Blackburn recently launched Certatim Consulting, which provides services to marketing, PR, advertising and digital communications companies on three different platforms: advice, assistance, and transformation. Earlier in his career, he served as joint chief executive officer of Resolute Communications, a healthcare consultancy working across London and New York offices on domestic, international and multi-country programs.
