Pedersen & Partners Opens New Offices and China and Indonesia

January 24, 2012 – Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has opened offices in Shanghai and Jakarta. Gautier Vasseur, partner in charge of Pedersen & Partners’ expansion to Greater China, will be leading the operations of the new Shanghai office while Michael Al-Nassir, partner in charge of Pedersen & Partners’ South East Asian expansion, will be overseeing the opening of the Jakarta office. Supporting Mr. Vasseur in Shanghai is Olya Eastman, who brings years of experience on Chinese market and its specifics to Pedersen & Partners’ clients. Ms. Eastman has gained extensive experience in assessment, evaluation and recruitment of senior professionals and built practices of leading international executive search firms in China and throughout Asia, with a particular focus on the manufacturing and consumer industries. Victor Dumitrescu has been appointed to manage the Pedersen & Partners operation in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, Mr. Dumitrescu will take on the responsibility for continued development and growth of Pedersen & Partners business in the Indonesian market. He joined Pedersen & Partners in 2006 and has since been involved in a large number of searches covering various industries such as FMCG, private equity and pharmaceuticals.
