Pedersen & Partners Launches Premium Compensation Database

August 1, 2012 – Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has launched its new compensation database as part of the firm’s executive compensation consulting services. The new tool will allow HR departments to create market salary packages for 60-plus positions across more than 40 countries worldwide. The firm recently added executive compensation consulting, headed up by Conrad Pramboeck, to its service portfolio.
