Pedersen & Partners Adds to Russian Operations

April 27, 2011 – Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Olga Berezovskaya as senior consultant. She will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments for clients in the retail and FMCG sectors in Russia. Ms. Berezovskaya has worked in the executive search and recruitment industry in Russia since 1998. During her tenure with Russian recruitment firm Support Partners she was in charge of setting the retail practice and focused on projects in the FMCG and Retail sectors. Most recently, she was HR business partner at Philips responsible for Russia, Belarus & Central Asia. “Olga’s experience in executive search combined with her focus on the retail and consumer sectors enable her to provide valuable guidance to our clients who look to attract top-notch executives to lead their organizations,” said Sergei Serdioukov, country manager for Russia.
