Pearson Partners Acquires Meridian Partners; Opens New Office in Miami

May 25, 2011 – Pearson Partners International has acquired Meridian Partners, LLC in Tampa and opened a new location in Miami, providing a hub for business in Latin America as well as a link with partners in Europe and Asia to better serve clients internationally. Walter Baker and Eduardo Comella have joined as vice presidents and senior client partners and will be responsible for managing the new branches.
