PDS and HRMS Solutions Form Alliance

March 23, 2011 – PDS, a developer of human resource, benefits, recruiting and payroll systems, has formed a strategic partnership with HRMS Solutions Inc., a national provider of workforce management solutions. HRMS Solutions will resell PDS' Vista HRMS solution to its North American client and prospect base, focusing on organizations with 500 to 5,000 employees. “We believe Vista HRMS is the premier, on-premise or hosted provider of integrated HRIS, payroll and self-service solutions on the market today,” said Mike Maiorino, president of HRMS Solutions. “We are especially impressed with Vista's payroll engine and its ability to handle the most complex payroll requirements for both U.S. and Canada businesses.
