Pacific International Executive Search Expands Advisory Board

June 2, 2026 – London-headquartered executive search firm Pacific International Executive Search has appointed Beth Albright to its advisory board. “Beth Albright is an exceptional addition to our advisory board,” said David Howells, CEO of Pacific International. “Her deep governance expertise, her track record of guiding organizations through IPOs, M&A integrations, and large-scale transformations, and her recognized leadership in human capital management make her a tremendous asset to Pacific and our clients. We are thrilled to welcome Beth to the team.”

“Beth’s breadth of experience across public, private, and private equity-owned organizations, combined with her passion for executive development and corporate governance, aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Adam Nuzie, chief commercial officer at Pacific International. “Her insight will be invaluable as we continue to help clients make critical leadership appointments that drive long-term performance and organizational success.”

Ms. Albright is a seasoned Fortune 500 board director and former C-suite executive with deep expertise in human capital management, corporate governance, executive compensation, CEO succession, and large-scale organizational transformation. Her career spans public, private, and private equity-owned companies, where she has led global workforces through IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, and cultural change.

Most recently, Ms. Albright served as an independent Director for Darling Ingredients, where she sat on the audit and compensation committees from 2020 to 2025. She also currently serves as president of Penn State’s School of Labor and Employment Relations advisory board, as a board director for the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and on the board of trustees for Natural Lands. Her executive career includes serving as CHRO for Chemours, a DuPont spin-off with $6.5 billion in annual revenue operating across 34 countries, where she was part of the senior executive team that transformed the organization into a Fortune 500 company and delivered an over 700 percent increase in stock price within two years of its IPO.

Ms. Albright also served as an officer of DuPont, CHRO at Day & Zimmermann, and CHRO at TekniPlex, where she helped rebuild the company from a failing entity to profitability after a private equity acquisition. Earlier in her career, she held progressive leadership and managerial positions at Rohm and Haas (acquired by Dow), FMC Corporation, and Fluor Daniel.

“Throughout my career, I have seen first-hand how the right leadership can transform an organization’s trajectory,” said Ms. Albright. “I am delighted to join Pacific International’s Advisory Board and to contribute my experience in governance, human capital strategy, and executive development to help clients build the leadership teams they need to thrive.”
