Options Group Appoints Vice President

March 30, 2026 – Options Group has expanded with the addition of Luke Wilmot-Sitwell as a vice president. He will specialize in the private equity sector for the firm.
Mr. Wilmot-Sitwell was most recently a consultant at One Search, where he focuses on infrastructure and energy transition recruitment within a specialist financial services search firm. Prior to this, he co-founded WS Property in 2020, building a residential property development business focused on delivering high-quality, affordable housing projects. In addition, he has held director roles across several property-related entities.
Before launching WS Property, Mr. Wilmot-Sitwell spent over four years at Armstrong International Executive Search, where he co-led the corporate finance practice. In that role, he specialized in areas including UK and EMEA M&A, financial institutions, and the technology, media, and telecom sectors, building a foundation in executive search within high-level financial markets.

David Korn is president of Options Group and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, its strategic planning and corporate development. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm across all products, functions and regions and oversees the strategic planning and corporate development functions. In addition to Mr. Korn’s responsibilities for global client relationships and executive search, he is also responsible for OGiQ, OGiR, and OG University. Having joined in 1999, he has been instrumental in the firm’s growth. With over 25 years’ consulting and recruiting experience, Mr. Korn has established a track record of success in talent acquisition, development and retention services.

Options Group also recently added Anjum Attar as a director within its private equity and venture capital practice. “Welcome to Options Group, Anjum Attar,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post. “Anjum has joined Options Group Mumbai as a director and will specialize in the private equity and venture capital sector.”
