ON Partners Recruits Chief Supply Chain Officer for Atmus Filtration Technologies

May 15, 2026 – ON Partners has helped to recruited Kevin Carpenter as senior vice president and chief supply chain officer of NYSE-traded Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. in Nashville, TN. Partner Heidi Hoffman led the assignment. “Kevin is a proven operations leader with a strong track record of building resilient, customer focused supply chains at scale,” said Steph Disher, president and CEO of Atmus. “His deep global experience and people-first leadership approach will be critical as we continue to strengthen our capabilities and execute on our growth strategy.”
Mr. Carpenter brings more than 25 years of experience leading global industrial organizations through transformation, growth and operational excellence. He joins Atmus from The Toro Company, where he served as vice president of global operations and integrated supply chain.
Prior to Toro, Mr. Carpenter held senior operations leadership roles at Carrier Global Corporation and Rockwell Automation, Inc., and earlier in his career served in engineering and operations roles at General Electric, Magna International, Nexxus Lighting and General Motors/Delphi.
In his new position, Mr. Carpenter is responsible for procurement, manufacturing, health, safety and environment transportation and logistics across the enterprise, advancing Atmus’ strategy specific to transforming its supply chain to better support its global customers. “I am overjoyed and humbled to be a part of the Atmus team and look forward to contributing to our growth journey,” said Mr. Carpenter.

Ms. Hoffman is partner and leader of the supply chain practice. Before joining ON Partners, Ms. Hoffman led North American supply chain center of expertise at Korn Ferry and founded and led the global supply chain practice at Russell Reynolds, where she also headed the North American industrial sector.

ON Partners also recently assisted in the recruitment of Alison Wagonfeld as chief marketing officer of NVIDIA. “We placed Alison Wagonfeld as the chief marketing officer of NVIDIA, one of the most selective CMO mandates in global technology,” Bryan Buck said in a LinkedIn post. “In reality, there were only a handful of leaders globally who had built, scaled, and operated marketing at the level NVIDIA needs next. That kind of scarcity is becoming more common. Not because talent is disappearing, but because the bar keeps moving.”
“When CEOs and boards add a senior executive to their ranks, they’re not just filling a seat,” Mr. Buck continued. “They’re adding a capability the organization needs for what’s coming next. Sometimes that capability strengthens what already exists. Oftentimes, it’s to build a muscle the company doesn’t yet have. Right now, the two competencies I see CEOs and boards prioritizing most are perspective and adaptability. Perspective comes from leaders who’ve already navigated real inflection points: taking a company through scale, or steering a fundamental shift in the business model.”
“Adaptability matters because disruption isn’t slowing down,” Mr. Buck added. “Going back to the old playbook isn’t a strategy. It’s a massive risk. That’s why today’s decision makers are looking for leaders who have pattern recognition — people who’ve been through multiple cycles, learned where things break, and know how to build when the path changes.”
