February 3, 2015 – Odgers Interim has established a dedicated referencing team in response to growing demand for detailed background checks on senior appointments. Former solicitor, Sally Havers, who has previously held roles at law firm Herbert Smith Freehills and the Treasury Solicitor in the U.K., will lead the offering, which includes professional referencing, and criminal, financial and tribunal checks. “Interims applying for senior leadership and non-executive director positions are under increasing scrutiny.
