Odgers Berndtson Announces Acquisitions in Russia and Poland

December 14, 2009 – U.K.-based executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has acquired Moscow-based Pynes & Moerner and Warsaw-headquartered Kaluzynski & Madeja. Terms and conditions of the deals were not disclosed. Pynes & Moerner offers executive search and selection services, consults clients on building management teams, and designs executive remuneration models, motivation and development structures.
