Odgers Berndtson Adds Partner in New York
September 20, 2011 – Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has named Lisa Tromba as a partner in its New York office to work with clients in its consumer and industrial practices. Ms. Tromba will focus on executive search and leadership assessment engagements for global consumer/retail and industrial manufacturing organizations spanning the Fortune 500, as well as private equity-backed and held companies. "Lisa has an exceptional track record helping clients find candidates with the right capabilities, expertise, and vision to help them achieve their long-term strategic goals, as well as in helping them to assess the leadership qualities and potential of functional managers and others within the organization,” said Steve Potter, managing partner for Odgers Berndtson's U.S. operations. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ms. Tromba was a partner with Amrop Battalia Winston and a vice president with A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Earlier, she was an associate with Herbert Mines Associates.
