Nosal Partners Completes Searches for Midland Credit

December 15, 2009 – Executive leadership solutions firm Nosal Partners LLC has placed Ronald E. Naves as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, as well as Ruth Clay as SVP of human resources for Midland Credit Management, a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, Inc. in San Diego. Mr. Naves was most recently SVP of legal affairs for Gemstar – TV Guide International Inc. in Los Angeles. Ms. Clay was previously vice president of human resources – Capital One Services for Capital One Financial Corporation. The searches were conducted by David Nosal, chairman and CEO.
