September 18, 2015 – U.K.-headquartered executive recruiter Norman Broadbent has named Mark Soden as managing director for its technology, media and telecoms (TMT) practice. In this new role, he will focus on helping clients identify and secure high caliber senior management and board level appointments, with a particular emphasis on companies going through change and transformation.
Mr. Soden has more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, as well as an extensive global network and a track record of delivering successful assignments for both listed and privately owned businesses. Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, he was a partner at Boyden where he ran the firm’s technology and telecoms practice for eight years. Before that he was a TMT managing director for Western Europe at SpenglerFox.
