Norman Broadbent Interim Management Grows Retail and FMCG/Consumer Practice

October 7, 2014 – Norman Broadbent Interim Management has added Jo Sands and Jason Oakley to the firm as directors in its retail and FMCG/consumer practice teams. Ms. Sands started her career in recruitment in 2001 moving into interim management across all disciplines at board level to senior management for the consumer & FMCG sectors in 2006. She has a record of delivering interim management into U.K. and global FMCG organizations covering FTSE 250 PLCs, private equity, and SMEs. Mr. Oakley has focused specifically as a retail sector specialist since 2000. He previously spent the last six years developing the retail interim management practices for two London based talent providers. The firm said the expansion of its interim management business will continue across other sectors including pharm/biotech and manufacturing.
