Norman Broadbent and Alium Partners Form Alliance

June 15, 2011 – Executive recruiter Norman Broadbent has formed an alliance with Alium Partners, a provider of interim management professionals in the U.K. The partnership, which will be exclusive and will involve no initial capital or branding requirements, coincides the previous joint venture of Norman Broadbent with Russam GMS in March, when Norman Broadbent assumed full control of the business by mutual agreement. “Norman Broadbent is the perfect partner for us. Increasingly, organizations are making the strategic decision to turn to senior interim executives for the leadership and implementation of change management programs, rather than management consultants, and we expect this trend to continue,” said Mike Hollin, CEO of Alium Partners.
