NGS Global Adds Managing Partner for Singapore and Southeast Asia

January 21, 2026 – Wilmington, DE-headquartered executive search firm NGS Global has named Jonathan Khoo as managing partner for Singapore and Southeast Asia. “Jonathan was a key partner on the NGS Global team early in the firm’s evolution,” said David Nosal, chairman and managing partner. “After eight years building the strategy for another major search firm, Jonathan has rejoined his NGS Global family in a leadership role. His reputation in the search industry, and especially throughout Asia, is superb, and we are absolutely delighted to have Jonathan back.”
Mr. Khoo has built an exceptional following throughout the region and is recognized for doing superb executive search work on behalf of both private and publicly held companies. He will work with other senior leaders at NGS Global to continue to attract key talent in the region.
Mr. Khoo brings more than two decades of leadership and executive search experience across Asia Pacific. He has a track record of partnering with global and regional organizations to identify, assess, and recruit senior executives in the technology, industrial, and life sciences sectors.
Prior to rejoining NGS Global, Mr. Khoo served on the board of AIMS International as APAC region head and global practice leader. During his tenure, he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence and network across Asia, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving practice excellence across key markets.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Khoo held several senior management positions with leading multinational corporations. With one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies, he managed its multi-billion-dollar Southeast Asia distribution business. At a global passenger transport group, he concurrently held dual appointments as vice president, corporate HR and vice president (operations) for its Media division. He also led regional staffing and employer branding programs for a major Fortune 500 technology company across the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions.
Mr. Khoo began his executive search career as managing director with one of Asia’s oldest executive search firms, where he led practices in life sciences, industrial engineering, and technology. “Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the regional talent landscape and a reputation for delivering impactful leadership placements throughout Asia,” NGS Global said.
