NGA Hires HR Veteran

July 30, 2012 – NorthgateArinso (NGA), a provider of global human resources software, services and outsourced solutions, has appointed Keith Strodtman as president for the North American region, responsible for all of NGA's client relationships, business development, sales and operations in the USA and Canada. Mr. Strodtman begun his services career at Price Waterhouse in 1997, ultimately leading a team focused on selling and delivering large HR, payroll and benefits BPO engagements during the pioneering days of HR outsourcing. In 2002, he joined Ceridian to lead the launch of the HRO business. For the next nine years, he focused on growing the HRO organization and customer base. During his last two years at Ceridian, he also assumed leadership of product strategy, in addition to his sales and delivery management charter. “We are delighted to have Keith join our leadership team.
