Morgan Samuels Adds Technology Recruiter

September 26, 2013 – Morgan Samuels, an L.A.-based human capital consulting firm, has added Robert G. Fong as a senior client partner. Mr. Fong was previously the managing partner for the global advanced technology practice at Nosal Partners where he was also responsible for driving the firm’s strategy in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, he was a senior client partner in the Silicon Valley office of Korn/Ferry International.
