MitchelLake Expands in the U.S.
March 24, 2020 – Sydney-headquartered executive search firm MitchelLake Group has expanded in the U.S. with the addition of Quang Pham as a senior associate.
Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Pham will be responsible for helping the U.S. team to drive search execution and business growth over the next 12 months and beyond. “The U.S. executive search division has been one of the fastest-growing parts of the business and MitchelLake is excited about further expansion in one of the key global technology innovation hubs today, dubbed popularly as Silicon Beach,” the firm said.
Mr. Pham began his talent acquisition career at a boutique executive search firm Boyle Ogata Bregman, specializing in the recruitment of technology and engineering professionals in the aerospace, defense and industrial automation sectors. At the firm, he oversaw the company’s sourcing, operational excellence and IT deployment functions. In addition to consistently delivering on the most difficult and hard-to-fill mandates as the lead researcher, Mr. Pham continuously increased the firm’s efficiency and profitability through the implementation of process improvements and the roll-out of advanced sourcing and recruiting tools and technologies.
Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. Pham had been an active local community organizer and passionate about working with underserved and underrepresented groups and communities.
