August 27, 2010 – Executive recruiter McGregor Boyall has added Lucy Frost as talent manager. Ms. Frost has 12 years experience in recruitment, training and development at Ernst & Young and specialist information and knowledge management recruitment firm TFPL. At TFPL, she went from consultant to manager leading the permanent division for six years before moving to Ernst & Young where she focused on identifying, attracting and retaining talent across the firm with a particular emphasis on the financial services division.
