McDermott & Bull Fills CFO Post for Pacific Capital

September 14, 2010 – Irvine, CA-based McDermott & Bull has placed Mark K. Olson as chief financial officer of Pacific Capital Bancorp and Pacific Capital Bank, N.A. This search was completed by Fleming Jones and Rod McDermott, managing director of McDermott & Bull. Most recently, Mr. Olson served as vice president and finance director at Goldman Sachs Bank, USA. “Pacific Capital was searching for a strategic finance visionary, capable of navigating strict compliance regulations, enhancing processes, while also creating effective initiatives.
