Marovi Launched by Veteran Executive Search Consultants

September 12, 2025 – Founded by a team with more than four decades of executive hiring experience, Marovi has opened its doors in Atlanta. “Our intense commitment to this inadequately served hiring category includes intelligent software, expert services, and the right datasets built specifically for high-stakes executive recruitment,” said Matthew Mooney, co-founder. “It fills a critical gap in executive hiring, providing evidence-based evaluations and curated shortlists for senior leaders in real time – capabilities largely absent from traditional search firms and sourcing solutions. Marovi has changed executive search to executive selection.”
Founded by Mr. Mooney, Vicky Wilkens, and Jin Ro, Marovi said the firm turns job descriptions into actionable, weighted scorecards, surfacing candidates with proof and reasoning to deliver qualified, curated shortlists in real time. Designed for executive talent teams across enterprises, private equity and venture capital firms, and search firms, Marovi integrates with applicant tracking systems, HRIS and assessment tools.
“By turning executive job descriptions into weighted scorecards, Marovi can assess the addressable internal and external candidate and company markets against the designated criteria, the way an experienced recruiter would,” the firm said. “This proof-backed approach delivers qualified candidates in a faster, more consistent, comprehensive, and unbiased manner, reducing the risk of making the wrong hire and saving valuable time.”

Ms. Biber explained to PRWeek that owning a search firm has always been a dream of hers. However, she noted that, after a 26-year tenure at Edelman, she believes that she’ll always be “part of the fabric” of the agency. “It’s exhilarating,” Ms. Biber said. “It is charting a bit of the unknown, but I’m very blessed and really grateful for so many in my network who’ve already reached out.”
Venture-backed executive search firm Archer Search Partners has been launched by Alexis DuFresne and Fraser Trimble, specializing in aligning human capital strategies with business goals for asset managers. The firm places investment and distribution professionals at alternative asset management firms. Clients include private equity, credit, and hedge fund firms. The firm also offers fractional human resources advisory and customized data and mapping services on a subscription basis. “Recognizing a gap in the market, Archer Search Partners addresses an underserved segment of asset management clients who need focused recruitment support,” the search firm explained. “As most larger publicly traded search firms pivot to management consulting, Archer’s strategy is to go an inch wide and a mile deep, providing top-tier talent for highly specialized roles.”
