ManpowerGroup Acquires Xi’an Fesco in China

June 7, 2011 – ManpowerGroup, a provider of workforce solutions, has acquired Xi’an Fesco, an HR provider in Shaanxi Province with over 10,000 employees. By acquiring Xi’an Fesco, ManpowerGroup becomes a dominant workforce solutions leader along China’s manufacturing frontier, west of traditional coastal cities.
