Major, Lindsey & Africa Names Solutions Practice Group Managing Director

September 10, 2015 – Search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) has named Cloud Schnoebelen as a managing director in its solutions practice group. In his new role, Mr. Schnoebelen will work closely with corporate legal departments and law firms to identify contract attorneys and legal professionals to fulfill clients’ interim legal needs. He will be based in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Schnoebelen comes to MLA from Aerotek, the largest operating entity of MLA’s parent company, the Allegis Group. With more than 18 years of experience with Aerotek, he has held many roles. Most recently, he served as business development manager for the government services division where he developed and executed business development strategies, including the acquisition of new clientele. In earlier roles, Mr. Schnoebelen was instrumental in expanding Aerotek’s energy services and scientific divisions in California, Oregon and Washington. He also facilitated training classes for new recruiters and participated in Aerotek’s first National Leadership Development Program.
