Major, Lindsey & Africa Adds to Houston Office

August 10, 2009 – Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa has named Peter Boerner as a managing director in its Houston office. Mr. Boerner will focus on recruiting general counsel and corporate counsel for companies in Texas and the southwest. Prior to joining MLA, he spent more than 10 years with Spencer Stuart. As a principal, Mr. Boerner was a member of the firm’s legal search practice focusing primarily on the recruitment of general counsel, senior counsel and divisional counsel for public and private companies.
