Lochlin Partners Appoints New Managing Partner

May 8, 2013 – Boutique executive search firm Lochlin Partners added Patrick Friel as a managing partner. He brings 20 years of broad market leadership and experience in the areas of technology and services, government, and not-for-profit. Previously, he was managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington office, where he was a key member of the firm’s North American leadership team.
