Lawson Talent Management Selected by NCC AB

February 9, 2011 – NCC AB (Nordic Construction Company), based in Stockholm, has signed a contract to implement Lawson Talent Management software. Lawson expects to improve operational efficiency at NCC by streamlining HR functions and simplifying access to workforce information. Established in 1988, NCC is the second-largest construction company in the Nordic region with more than 18,000 employees and has operations in nine countries. “The construction industry is marked by deep competition, and it is imperative that companies have in place a modernized HR system that allows them to make the most of their internal resources,” said Larry Dunivan, senior vice president of human capital management products for Lawson.
