Kronos and Saba Form Cross Selling Relationship
November 2, 2011 – Kronos Incorporated and Saba, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, have announced that they have formed a cross-selling relationship to offer joint customers a unique solution to support the full employee lifecycle for organizations with large, hourly workforces in industries such as retail, life sciences, manufacturing, and public sector. The non-exclusive cross-selling relationship combines Saba's learning and talent management solutions with the Kronos recruiting and workforce management suite to offer an end-to-end solution to support the entire hourly employee life cycle. The joint solution from Saba and Kronos will enable a deeper level of employee engagement, better workforce insights, and increased productivity.
