Korn Ferry to Lead CFO Search for Starwood Hotels & Resorts

May 2, 2014 – Korn Ferry has been retained by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. to lead its search for a new chief financial officer. Vasant M. Prabhu has resigned as vice chairman and CFO to join NBCUniversal in the same position.
