Korn Ferry Names Leadership Consulting CEO
May 6, 2015 – Matt Reilly has joined Korn Ferry as chief executive officer of its Leadership and Talent Consulting (LTC) business. Mr. Reilly most recently served as head of management consulting (North America) for Accenture and prior to that he held the CEO post at George Group, a global operations and strategy firm. George Group was acquired by Accenture in 2007. Prior to that he was a strategy consultant with A.T. Kearney.
RJ Heckman, who has served as president Korn Ferry's leadership business since 2013 and was a former president of PDI Ninth House (which was acquired by Korn Ferry) will assume the role of vice chairman of the unit.
