Korn Ferry Names Head of North America Insurance Practice

November 5, 2010 – Korn/Ferry International has announced that Tom Rowe has joined the firm as a senior client partner and head of its North American insurance practice. He will be based out of the firm's New York office. Mr. Rowe joins Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialized in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on property and casualty-focused organizations. His executive recruiting experience includes senior-level executive relationships at leading insurance companies, where he has identified talent needs and placed c-suite professionals in general management, finance, actuarial, underwriting, strategic marketing, distribution, information technology, claims and board positions.
